Mojjo Restaurant in Muyenga is seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervising kitchen staff and food preparation
- Maintaining food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
- Supporting stock control and kitchen organisation
- Helping drive efficiency and teamwork in the kitchen
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits
UGX 800,000 – 1,200,000 depending on experience, with other benefits included.
