Responsibilities
Research Support

  • Assist in the design, planning, and execution of research projects that align with ASIGMA’s strategic objectives.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data using advanced research methodologies and tools.
  • Conduct literature reviews, case studies, and other research activities to support project goals.
  • Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration with Technology Services

  • Work with the Technology Services team to implement and optimize platforms for efficient data collection and deeper data analysis.
  • Support the integration of technology into research processes to improve the speed and quality of information processing.
  • Assist in developing and testing new technological tools and methodologies for research purposes.

Knowledge Management

  • Contribute to the creation and management of knowledge products, including reports, presentations, and other research outputs.
  • Assist in disseminating research findings to clients and stakeholders through various channels.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of research practices within the organization.

Client Interaction

  • Support client engagements by preparing research materials, attending meetings, and responding to client inquiries.
  • Assist in tailoring research findings and recommendations to meet specific client needs.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with research services.

Continuous Learning and Improvement

  • Stay updated on industry trends, research methodologies, and technological advancements relevant to ASIGMA’s work.
  • Participate in training programs, workshops, and other learning opportunities to enhance professional skills.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving research processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Research, Data Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a research, data analysis, or related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with research methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis platforms, as well as technological tools used in research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python).
