- ITM Uganda is recruiting a a young, sharp, data-driven Ugandan national to join Badili SMC, which is East Africa’s leading refurbished smartphone brand. We are looking for someone bold enough to scale our Jumia store, D2C site, and entire digital growth engine.
Responsibilities
- Drive online revenue across all ecommerce and D2C platforms
- Manage key ecommerce accounts (Jumia, Glovo, Own D2C site, etc.)
- Create and execute high-performance growth campaigns (Meta, Google, Affiliates)
- Build exceptional online customer experience journeys
- Use data to test, learn, and optimize sales funnels
- Own customer interactions, pricing, promotion, inventory planning, and digital merchandising
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams
- Represent Badili at the cutting edge of tech, e-commerce and youth culture
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce / D2C / CX
- Experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Jumia Seller Center and CX tools like Wati/Fresh Chat
- Solid understanding of conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS
- Worked in or with top digital agencies, ecommerce brands, or marketplaces
- Energy to hustle, own numbers, and build things from scratch
