Job Description
Development Team Member – Ethiopia / Uganda
ARLink28 is seeking motivated individuals based in Ethiopia or Uganda to join our growing Pan-African development team.
Successful applicants will support the ongoing development of ARLink28 across areas such as business operations, partnerships, digital systems, administration, research, communications, tourism development, and project coordination.
Team members may assist with market research, partnership outreach, internal documentation, operational planning, travel-related projects, digital development, stakeholder engagement, and other responsibilities required to support the company’s growth.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be currently based in Ethiopia or Uganda
- Hold a valid international passport
- Be willing and available to travel when required
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in aviation, travel, tourism, or African development
- Be reliable, professional, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be prepared to contribute to a long-term Pan-African vision
Previous experience in aviation or tourism is welcomed but not essential. Candidates will be assessed according to their transferable skills, commitment, and ability to contribute meaningfully to the team.
