Role Description:
Selling day-old chicks (DOCs), poultry feed, veterinary pharmaceutical products and equipment, training, and serving customers.

Responsibilities:

• Sale of one-stop shop items including day-old chicks.
• Manage the one-stop shop inventory levels to make key decisions on stock orders and engage in planning to meet future sales demand.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and complaints by providing satisfactory and timely feedback.
• Provide technical support to customers, farmers, and the DOC Sales team.
• Confirm cashless payments, ensuring accuracy of prices, quantities, and issuing invoices.
• Reconcile collections against daily sales and generate reports.
• Prepare and submit daily sales summaries reports as per set guidelines.
• Maintain and update the DOCs customer databases.
• Generate reports on sales, inventory, and any other management report as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A National Diploma in Animal Production and Management or Animal Health.
• A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a customer technical support role.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel for business analysis.
