About the Role
We are looking a highly skilled, detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Assistant to support our finance team in ensuring accurate financial records and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping.
- Prepare daily revenue and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and handle petty cash.
- Support in payroll preparation and statutory deductions (NSSF, PAYE, etc.).
- Assist with supplier invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualifications: at least ACCA or CPA level 2
- At least 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Should be able to reconcile inventory with sales
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
