Ignite Energy Access #Uganda is looking for an experienced Repossession Supervisor to join our team and help strengthen our customer recovery operations across the country.
In this role, you’ll supervise repossession and recovery activities, work closely with field teams and local authorities, and help ensure that customer cases are handled professionally, fairly and effectively.
We’re looking for someone with experience in recovery or repossession, security-related roles or court bailiff work, with strong supervisory, customer relations and problem-solving skills. Experience working with rural communities and local authorities is an added advantage.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a similar qualification.
- Work background in either security-related roles or as a court bailiff is an advantage.
- Recovery or repossession experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Work experience with rural communities and local authorities/government law enforcement agencies.
- Proficiency in one or more local languages spoken by customers in the Eastern and Western Regions of Uganda.
- Proven experience in customer relations, handling irate customers and problem solving.
