Position: Graduate Trainee – Software

Our Graduate Trainee Program provides recent graduates with an opportunity to develop their technical skills, gain practical industry experience, and build a strong foundation for a career in systems and software.

We are looking for passionate, highly motivated, competitive, creative, exceptionally bright, and talented individuals, who can collaborate with and learn from our experienced teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from a RENU member university.
• Minimum CGPA of 4.0.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026 (with a certified academic transcript, UACE and UCE pass slips). Candidates completing in 2026 are also welcome to apply.

Technical Proficiency

• Programming in Python, preferably with Django or Flask frameworks.
• Experience with Laravel, Git, and React.
• Linux Proficiency (command line, system administration, scripting).
• Machine Learning and Data Analysis (e.g., using Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, etc).
• Familiarity with the following is an added advantage

1. Docker
2. Kubernetes
3. Mobile Application Development
