Job Position: Marketing and Business Support Officer
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3yrs experience in social media management and digital content creation.
- Ability to use graphics and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut or equivalent.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of applications, user support, and first-line IT troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging social media graphic content.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, paid advertising, SEO, and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and customer profiling.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
- Escalate technical issues to the IT team and follow up on resolution.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to our applications, products, and services.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing and customer engagement performance.
