Person Specifications
a) Academic Qualifications
- Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying & Geomatics / Geo-spatial Science / Information Systems, Land Economics, Urban/Physical Planning, Land Use Management or Land Valuation
b) Work Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in land management in Government or reputable organization

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement land zoning and utilization procedures for free zones
- Develop and implement long- and short-term land-use plans in free zones
- Monitor demarcation of areas for public facilities and infrastructure
- Review and report on status of land in demarcated free zones
- Initiate surveys and valuation of economic zone properties per guidelines
- Supervise and appraise staff
