Urgent Hiring – Fresh Graduate Engineers | 18 Positions

We are urgently seeking 18 Fresh Graduate Engineers to join our team immediately.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline — Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining, Geological, Chemical, Software Engineering, or other relevant fields.
• Fresh Graduate from the 2025–2026 graduating cohorts.
• Mechanical Engineering experience is an added advantage.
• Valid Ugandan Driving License is an added advantage.
• HSE Awareness — basic understanding of Health, Safety & Environment requirements and safe working practices.
• Field Ready — willing to work in field/site environments, including remote locations.
• Team Player & Learner — able to work under supervision with a strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Reporting Skills — strong reporting, documentation, and record-keeping abilities.
• Inventory Management — good knowledge of inventory and materials management.
• QC/QA Knowledge — understanding of quality control and quality assurance standards and procedures.
• Safety Conscious — basic emergency response and workplace safety awareness.
• Administrative & Technical Skills — ability to provide effective administrative and technical support.
• Language Skills — fluency in English and local languages; Runyoro, Alur & Luganda are mandatory.
