The Assurance Department specialises in delivering high quality and efficient audit and advisory services to a portfolio of clients, understanding the enterprise-wide view of business risk and how this risk can be effectively managed. We use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to evaluate business processes and controls, and advanced technology in knowledge sharing.

Client responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage the audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters
- .Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage audit fieldwork including liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the audit process.
- Review work prepared by junior personnel and report to Senior Managers and/or Partner.
- Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrate expertise in IFRS and related financial reporting aspects.
- Demonstrate expertise in International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
- Identify areas requiring improvement in client’s business processes and possible recommendations.
People responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ability to influence, change and shape actions and behavior, internally and/or externally.
- Organizing teams in such a way that processes, roles and responsibilities are clear and work is efficiently and effectively executed.
- Coach and develop people and support the Firm’s people development programmes.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A university degree of at least 2nd upper class
- CPA/ACA/CA/ACCA or other equivalent qualifications
- At least 4 years of audit experience, with 1 to 2 years at manager level
- Experience in IFRS and ISA
