Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business customers within assigned territories.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert prospects into active customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales, activation, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with key business accounts to drive customer retention and growth.
  • Conduct regular customer engagements to ensure satisfaction, address needs, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing actionable market intelligence.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and coordinate the timely escalation of issues to relevant departments.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Support and participate in sales campaigns, activations, promotions, and other business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Acquisition.
  • Experience from Insurance CompaniesFinancial InstitutionsTelecommunications or Internet Service Providers (ISPs) is required.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
