We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Clinic Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven candidate looking to start and grow a career in healthcare/clinic management.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in a relevant course ie Business related courses.
• No prior experience necessary – full training will be provided
• Strong leadership potential with the ability to lead, motivate, and grow the clinic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day clinic operations
• Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative tasks
• Manage staff scheduling and support team coordination
• Ensure excellent patient/customer experience
• Assist in developing strategies to grow the clinic’s client base
• Handle basic reporting, stock/inventory, and record-keeping
• Build strong relationships with clients and staff
