Consultancy to Conduct a VAW/CAW Situation Analysis and Ecosystem Mapping in the Greater Horn of Africa

SIHA Network is looking for a research firm, consortium, or team of consultants to conduct a VAW/CAW Situation Analysis and Ecosystem Mapping across Djibouti, Ethiopia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, and Uganda.
This consultancy will generate country-specific and regional evidence on violence against women, and analyse the protection environment for Women Human Rights Defenders (WHRDs). It will also examine available services and referral pathways, legal and policy frameworks, funding landscapes, and the broader ecosystem of women’s rights actors across the six countries.
