We looking for a EFRIS Support Officer M/F  based : Uganda

Job description:

Job Purpose:
To ensure the effective operation, compliance and support of the EFRIS processes by facilitating accurate transaction processing, user support and timely resolution of issues; thereby ensuring adherence to Uganda Revenue Authority requirements and supporting business continuity.

Key Performance Areas:

• EFRIS transaction processing
• EFRIS monitoring and support
• Regulatory compliance
• Incident and backlog management
• Transaction reconciliation
• Data accuracy

Profil request:
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in IT support or systems support
• URA EFRIS processes
• Systems integration and API’s
• Finance processes (invoices, tax, reconciliation)
• Understanding of JSON responses and API’s, web services and systems integration
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail
