Responsibilities:
Focus on retaining existing corporate clients within Jubilee Health Uganda, ensuring their satisfaction, and strengthening relationships.
We’re looking for:
- 3+ years of client servicing experience in the insurance industry
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A customer-centric mindset

Relevant Experience:
- 3 years of working experience in a client servicing role within the insurance industry
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field
- Professional qualifications in insurance (e.g., COP, ACII, or equivalent) will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in client retention, corporate account management, or relationship management within the insurance or financial services sector
- Demonstrated success in managing key corporate accounts and client relationships
- Sound knowledge of health insurance products, underwriting principles, and operations
