Responsibilities:
Focus on retaining existing corporate clients within Jubilee Health Uganda, ensuring their satisfaction, and strengthening relationships.

We’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of client servicing experience in the insurance industry
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • A customer-centric mindset

Relevant Experience:

  • 3 years of working experience in a client servicing role within the insurance industry

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications in insurance (e.g., COP, ACII, or equivalent) will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in client retention, corporate account management, or relationship management within the insurance or financial services sector
  • Demonstrated success in managing key corporate accounts and client relationships
  • Sound knowledge of health insurance products, underwriting principles, and operations
