About This Job: Our client Adma International Limited is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Mineral Cow Feed Sales team in Najjera Buwaate – Kungu Road. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships in the dairy farming industry.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dairy farmers and feed suppliers.
o Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate with customers.
o Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
o Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Qualifications & Experience:
o Must have a university Degree in a relevant field.
o Proven track record of having sold mineral Cow feed or a related product and sales management experience in Cow feed or a related product.
o Strong understanding of dairy farming and animal nutrition.
o Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
o Having worked with an International Company is an added advantage.
o Having a relationship, contact and dairy association with large scale cow farms is an added advantage.
