Person Specifications
a) Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics or Quantitative Economics
b) Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience at Research Officer level in Government or reputable institution

Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct annual Enterprise Surveys to establish performance of Free Zones
- Prepare the Annual Report of the Authority
- Develop and implement an annual Research Agenda to inform policy and strategy
- Carry out market research and intelligence on products and export markets
- Develop value chains to support marketing of Free Zones
- Create strategic partnerships with Policy & Research organizations for research and dissemination
- Prepare policy papers and briefs on Free Zones
