Mojjo Restaurant in Muyenga is seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Supervising kitchen staff and food preparation
  • Maintaining food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
  • Supporting stock control and kitchen organisation
  • Helping drive efficiency and teamwork in the kitchen

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits
UGX 800,000 – 1,200,000 depending on experience, with other benefits included.
