POSITION: Technical Sales Specialist

LOCATION: Uganda, Kampala

The Position holder will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing advanced product expertise, and delivering clinical support for a portfolio of digital health solutions which include Life Science Group, and Clinical Diagnostic.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Achieve set sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies for target market targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships for LSG and Clinical Diagnostic.
• Provide advanced product training, demos, and support.
• Support new product adoption with hands-on technical expertise.
• Triage customer concerns in line with SLAs and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Build and manage customer relationships to achieve retention in targeted
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Bachalors Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 4+ years of industry experience.
• Commercial awareness in ability to identify opportunities.
• Aware of new market trends and innovation.
• Established network in academia or biopharma preferred.
• Experience in lab molecular workflow is an added advantage.
