Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help transform our software into engaging, intuitive, and user-centric products. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft compelling user experiences that align with our vision and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements
  • Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and page navigation
  • Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes
  • Create intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive designs for web and mobile platforms
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine UX
  • Present and communicate design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency with design standards, branding guidelines, and accessibility requirements
  • Stay current with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across digital platforms
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar
  • Solid understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

Preferred Skills & Qualities:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Knowledge of information architecture and responsive design principles
  • Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and usability
  • Analytical mindset with user-first thinking
  • Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
