PrecisionHR Proprietary Ltd is recruiting a Head of Sales & Business Development for a client seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive business growth and market expansion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, leading high-performing sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships within the logistics and automotive sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales intelligence and business performance
Develop and execute commercial growth strategies
Lead market expansion and client acquisition initiatives
Coach and manage high-performing sales teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development
Strong understanding of the logistics and automotive industries
Demonstrated leadership and commercial success
