About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, customer focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, fully remote basis. In this role, you will be a first point of contact for our customers, helping them with orders, account activation, payments, and service inquiries, while ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers with orders, account activation, payments, and service inquiries.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer support tickets, emails, live chats, and WhatsApp messages.
• Guide customers through domain registration, hosting account setup, and website-related onboarding.
• Assist customers with billing questions, payment processing, and online payment issues.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to websites, domains, and hosting, escalating complex problems to the technical team when needed.
• Follow up on open issues until resolution and keep customers informed of progress.
• Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the support system.
• Relay recurring customer feedback and common issues to the technical and product teams to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through clear, friendly, and professional communication.

Requirements

• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of websites, domain names, web hosting, and online payments.
• Comfortable using computers, email, WhatsApp, and other web-based systems.
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
