- Marketing the company’s products and services in line with the strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Must conduct and document all necessary client field visits to strengthen customer engagement and relationship management.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on products, services, and market trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Managing, monitoring, controlling, and being responsible for the assigned/developed portfolio.
- Develop strategic plans to expand the company’s client base.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Address client complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust.
- Work closely with internal teams to manage financial risks effectively.
- Assist clients with financial planning and offer advice on suitable products and services.
- Maintain accurate client records and update systems regularly.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
