Sales Agent

• ITM Uganda is looking for competent, skilled and experienced Sales Officers to work in Uganda on behalf of our client in the telecom sector. The position comes with a monthly retainer and commission.

Responsibilities

• • Conducting door-to-door canvassing to generate potential leads and maintaining a prospect pipeline.
• • Overseeing and managing backlogs (spontaneous prospects) assigned to them.
• • Following up on and making outbound calls to registered leads.
• • Selling services in line with the client’s product catalogue.
• • Collecting payments from sales and managing unsold stock with the assistance of the manager.
• • Contributing to the expansion and enrichment of the prospect base.
• • Recommending sales strategies to the sales manager to increase performance.
• • Promoting fiber eligibility information within the assigned area.
• • Engaging in commercial activities aimed at driving sales growth.

Requirements

• • A university degree in a relevant field.
• • At least 1 year of professional experience.
• • Prior experience in sales, particularly within the telecommunications sector, is a plus.
• • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• • Ability to work on your own and with a team.
