Workshop team lead

• The Workshop Team Lead oversees the daily operations of the automotive workshop, supervising mechanics handling both electrical wiring and non wiring mechanical work. The role ensures efficient workflow, high-quality service, proper team coordination, and adherence to safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering (required).
• • Additional certification in Auto Electrical Systems is an added advantage.
• • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical work (engine, transmission, diagnostics, etc.).
• • Solid understanding and experience in auto electrical wiring.
• • Minimum 2–3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience in a workshop setting.
• • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• • Excellent knowledge of various automobile types and systems.
• • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
• • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• • Able to manage workflow under pressure and meet deadlines.
• • High integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
